Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills Owners Event
The Waldorf Astoria Owners Event in Beverly Hills was a balanced blend of elegance and sophistication. The entire exterior of the building was bathed in amber & gold toned light showcasing its beautiful architecture. Both arriving guests and passers-by enjoyed seeing the property for the first time in this grand manner. Amidst the active construction site, the 15|40 Productions team highlighted the entrance, lobby and the soon to be Jean Georges restaurant. A glowing Waldorf Astoria Icon wall flanked the custom semi-circle carpet with the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills logo inlayed into it mirrored the awning of the building in the soon to be porte-cochere area.
Once inside, guests admired the over-sized florals welcoming them into the lobby. Gorgeous ficus trees, gold pots, and deep green linens were chosen as an ode to the design elements that will be present once the restaurant is complete. Classical pianist Tim Pocock set the tone for the event with his beautiful medley’s on a Grand Piano. La Prairie also had a presence at the event as they are the Spa partner for the property. Two custom walls with 75″ plasma screens built into them rotated through the gorgeous renderings, time lapse construction videos, and Waldorf Astoria brand videos.
This is Jean-Georges first LA outpost, and to celebrate he created a special menu for the event. In-between delectable bites from the famous chef, guests also got a chance to tour one of the bedrooms that is close to being finished on the third floor. The 15|40 Productions team had an amazing time working with everyone at The Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and can’t wait for the grand opening!
